In this episode of Flat Whites & Insights, Hans is joined by Lucy, who works for Restore - the mental health recovery charity based in Oxfordshire which Cap'N'Chino has supported since 2019.
Lucy provides a summary of the 'WHY' behind Restore, as they support 500+ people a year with increasing confidence and skills to return to community off the back of mental ill health.
They also touch on Lucy's journey with the charity which began as a volunteer before joining the team in 2021, as well as Hans' various fundraising efforts and partnerships with the charity, which include the Self Care Blend Coffee, Strictly Brackley, Didcot Town FC and more.
